How we check information

Choose a public session at The Bani Telmana if you want an individual ticket in the men’s or women’s section. For men and women spending the visit together, book a private bath suite. Private suites have a minimum four-hour rental, so settle the format before arranging the rest of your day.

The Eastern suite takes ten guests plus two additional guests; the Southern suite takes sixteen plus eight additional guests. Both have a steam room, hammam, plunge pool, washing area, lounge and dining space, with a toilet and shower. Request a quote for the suite and your full party, including any additional guests.

Use the Eastern suite and Southern suite pages to choose the space, then request a slot from the private-suite booking team at +998 33 138 88 88.

These are three-hour public sessions per adult, excluding food, rented or purchased accessories and optional treatments.

The morning rate is a promotion. Before choosing it, check that it applies to your date and arrival time, especially near the end of the morning window. For a women’s visit on another weekday, arrange the date with the public-section booking team first.

Use the current price list when booking. A late arrival after 21:30 does not reduce the ticket price to match the remaining opening time. Extra time is billed separately; ask reception when your paid session ends and what an additional hour costs before you enter.

What to bring and how to dress

One bath towel and one sheet are provided. Bring your own change of footwear and, if you use them, a bath hat and robe or bath wrap (kilt). Robes and kilts are available to rent; bath hats and disposable slippers are sold at the cashier.

Swimwear is allowed in the steam room if it has no metal or plastic decorations or thermal prints. Underwear is not permitted. Cover up with a sheet or robe in the restaurant and cashier area; full nudity is permitted in the washing area.

Leave personal bath cosmetics at home. Only bath whisks (veniks) bought at the complex may be used. Outside food and drinks are not allowed, with an exception for baby food. Read the visitor rules before packing.

Booking, registration and extra charges

Public sessions and private suites have separate booking contacts. Give your date, preferred time, chosen format and full party size. For a private suite, get the total for the room, any additional guests and the services you want before paying an advance.

Arrange your chosen session or suite with the booking team. First-time registration can be completed at the entrance.

Allow separately for food, drinks, accessory rental or purchases and any optional treatments you order. The kitchen and bar menu adds 20% service to food and drinks. This is not a blanket surcharge on the bathhouse entry price.

Before an advance payment, ask whether cancellation is possible, what deadline applies and whether any payment is refundable. If you plan to pay with a foreign-issued card, establish whether it is accepted for that payment. The Uzbekistan money guide covers cash and card planning for the wider trip.

Planning a visit with children

Tell the booking team each child’s age and which adult will accompany them. Establish which public section they can enter with that adult, or whether the chosen private suite can accommodate your family, before paying. The public men’s and women’s sections are separate; a child ticket does not make them a shared family space.
